Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency in staff management and scheduling
- Demonstrated ability to meet financial objectives
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management within a fast food setting
- Strong abilities in coaching, training, customer service, organization, and planning
- Ability to meet sales and profit targets
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations, along with 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry or a suitable combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and manage staff effectively
- Ensure high quality food products are served in a clean and safe environment
- Maintain financial controls and day-to-day budgeting
- Develop and manage staff schedules
- Participate in hiring, training, and staff performance evaluations
- Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Foster a fun and family-oriented atmosphere in the restaurant
