Job Description
Chick-fil-A ExxonMobil located at 22777 Springwoods Village Parkway, Spring, TX 77389, is a part of the renowned Chick-fil-A fast food franchise known for its commitment to quality food and exceptional customer service. Managed and operated within the framework of the national restaurant chain, this location upholds the brand's values and dedication to creating a welcoming, family-friendly dining environment. As part of the ExxonMobil complex, the restaurant serves a diverse clientele, including employees and visitors, making it a busy and vibrant workplace. The establishment offers both full-time and part-time food service positions, providing flexible scheduling options primarily from Monday through Friday between 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. The positions come with a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour, which is competitive within the fast-food industry in the area. Applications for these openings are accepted exclusively online, underscoring the company’s streamlined recruitment process and commitment to using modern digital tools to connect with potential staff. Candidates are encouraged to apply promptly as hiring is immediate, reflecting an urgent need to expand the team and maintain high service standards.
The role itself centers around delivering outstanding fast-food service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Food Service Team Members at this Chick-fil-A location are tasked with preparing, presenting, and serving food efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. An important prerequisite for applicants is prior experience at Chick-fil-A, indicating the company's preference for candidates already familiar with its operational standards and customer service approach. However, the employer also demonstrates a willingness to train individuals, emphasizing growth and learning opportunities for the right candidates. The successful applicant will learn to handle food safely, process orders accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Customer interaction is a key element, with Team Members expected to greet guests warmly, take and communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff, and handle customer concerns in a positive and solution-oriented manner. In addition to food service duties, there are responsibilities tied to cash handling and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial controls. The work schedule is consistent throughout the week, primarily covering daytime hours Monday through Friday, offering a predictable routine suitable for a variety of applicants.
Beyond the immediate job responsibilities, the company promotes a supportive and inclusive workplace culture underpinned by Compass Group’s core values such as ownership mindset, community enrichment, and service excellence. Employees at Eurest, the division managing this Chick-fil-A operation, benefit from a range of comprehensive benefits. Both full-time and part-time employees have access to retirement plans, associate shopping discounts, wellness programs, and voluntary insurance options including critical illness and accident coverages. Full-time employees enjoy additional medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage along with paid and unpaid time off, flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance programs. These benefits highlight the company’s commitment to employee health, well-being, and financial security, making it an attractive employer in the fast-food sector.
Compass Group, which oversees Eurest and this Chick-fil-A location, champions diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Equal opportunity employment practices are rigorously upheld, ensuring all candidates and employees are treated fairly regardless of race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics. The company is committed to accommodating individual needs, promoting a respectful and supportive work environment. Given the ongoing requirement to fill multiple positions and the inclusive hiring approach, this opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking a stable yet engaging role in quick-service food preparation and customer service in a respected national brand setting.
