Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required
- enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- training will be provided if needed
- strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
- knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and clear communication abilities
- must pass state and federal background check

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and safety standards
- operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently
- provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
- assist with food safety practices including proper sanitation, food storage, and adherence to health regulations
- support kitchen operations by managing food prep stations, restocking supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while managing register operations during busy hours
