Currently, Hospitality Hunter is looking for experienced Fast Food or Fast Casual Restaurant General Managers and Assistant General Managers to join a growing restaurant group operating in the Athens, Chandler, and Tyler, Texas markets. The role demands expertise in managing restaurants with annual revenues of 2 to 3 million dollars and requires adept knowledge of profit and loss statements, budgeting, ordering, inventory management, and staff training. Experience working in scratch kitchens is considered a valuable plus but is not mandatory. The position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000, complemented by a large bonus potential of up to $35,000, alongside benefits such as medical and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k plans, and ample growth opportunities within the company.
