The Utility Worker position at Legends Global is based at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, operating under the Legends Global Hospitality department. This role reports directly to the Director and Manager of Food and Beverage and is classified as a union, non-exempt, hourly, part-time, seasonal role, offering a competitive wage of $23.03 per hour. The position involves vital responsibilities that support the smooth operation and presentation of event spaces within one of the largest and most renowned venue locations. Key functions include setting up, converting, and breaking down event spaces by arranging staging, seating, tables, and equipment as per event requirements. The Utility Worker is also responsible for general cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the venue spaces before, during, and after events, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for guests and staff. This role also requires assisting with logistical functions such as loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and materials throughout the venue. The Utility Worker must monitor venue conditions closely and report any maintenance, safety, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
