Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must have authorization to work in the United States
- must obtain and maintain KTTT Gaming Commission License including background check
- must have access to reliable transportation
- must comply with KLEC handbook, internal policies and gaming regulations
- physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, climb and bend for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to perform manual tasks requiring hand-eye coordination
- willing to work irregular shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in dishwashing or food and beverage venues preferred
- communication skills in English both written and oral preferred
- Spanish or other language skills a plus
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ability to maintain effective relationships with management and staff
- ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- strong critical thinking, analytical and guest service skills
- positive attitude with strong organizational qualities
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

- ability to follow casino guest service programs
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with tribal, federal and gaming regulations and KLEC policies
- properly listen and respond to guest and team member concerns
- wash silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, equipment and displays
- operate dishwashing machine and use compartment sinks
- clean assigned kitchen areas including floors, walk-in coolers and freezers
- empty trash receptacles and replace bags
- clean and sanitize working environment by exchanging dish machine water and cleaning garbage disposal
- clean and sanitize all items for reuse
- maintain dishwashing machines and sinks
- ensure cleanliness of food racks, storage, garbage cans, receiving docks and chemical storage
- restock plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans and utensils
- follow MSDS criteria and food safety protocols
- assist cooks and prep cooks with simple tasks
- promote KLEC core values and MAD skills
- manage security of confidential information
- attend required training
- monitor compliance with anti-money laundering policies
- perform other assigned duties
