Job Requirements
- Minimum three years progressive experience in hotel or related field
- Four-year college degree with three years experience or two-year degree with four or more years experience
- Proficiency in Windows and company software
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, health and liquor laws
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Approach guests and employees courteously and attentively
- Attend required meetings and training
- Maintain regular attendance
- Uphold personal grooming standards
- Comply with hotel standards and regulations
- Ability to handle and solve problems
- Maintain confidentiality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain a friendly demeanor
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Knowledgeable of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Familiar with health department rules and liquor laws
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Experience in staff training and supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Duties
- Supervise and manage all food and beverage personnel
- Respond to guest complaints promptly
- Participate in food and beverage budget preparation and monitoring
- Monitor industry trends and implement competitive strategies
- Coordinate and monitor loss prevention activities
- Prepare and submit reports timely
- Conduct department meetings regularly
- Oversee employee cafeteria operations
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations
- Ensure departmental compliance with standard operating procedures
- Interview and hire front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Conduct and attend required meetings
- Maintain overall guest satisfaction
