The establishment is known for its warm hospitality, diverse food and beverage venues, and attentive customer service, making it a premier choice for entertainment in the region.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee operations at our food, beverage, and retail venues. The position offers a competitive salary of $67,876.25 annually, along with an extensive array of benefits designed to support both the personal and professional growth of our employees.
As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations within all front-of-house venues, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, alcohol service laws, and internal policies. You will play a hands-on role in managing guest relations, handling team disputes, conducting training, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your leadership will promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience, while also maximizing operational efficiency. This role requires a strong balance of interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and industry knowledge, particularly within high-volume restaurant and casino environments.
The Nisqually Red Wind Casino offers a host of benefits that make this position even more attractive to prospective candidates. These include free medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term disability and life insurance, paid meal breaks, paid time off, floating holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match. The casino also provides tuition reimbursement, health and wellness reimbursements, a team member assistance program offering confidential counseling and legal services, and career advancement opportunities. Employees benefit from gaming license renewals at no cost, access to team member awards and incentives, and participation in contests and giveaways. Furthermore, dining and gift shop discounts add value to the comprehensive compensation package, ensuring employees feel appreciated and supported in all aspects of their employment.
Joining the Nisqually Red Wind Casino means becoming part of a mission-driven organization focused on enhancing economic prosperity for the Nisqually Indian Tribe and fostering a vibrant community. Our vision emphasizes creating incredible experiences, and we are looking for individuals who align with our core values and passion for exceptional guest service. If you are a dynamic leader with supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage or casino environment, and you are committed to excellence and teamwork, this opportunity offers a fulfilling career path with the chance to make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will have the chance to lead a diverse team, implement operational best practices, and contribute to a culture that values integrity, respect, and communication.
