Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Food service background at server level required
- Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls required
- Experience with Micro’s point of sales system strongly preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Experience in food service at server level
- Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory control
- Familiarity with Micro’s point of sales system preferred
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback
- Perform service functions during high volume or staffing shortages
- Assist with inventory and par level maintenance
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
- Report equipment malfunctions and follow up on repairs
- Practice safe work habits and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
