- Proven experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma required
- Hospitality-related certification is a plus

Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the hotel dining outlets, banquets and daily manager reception
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Train, schedule, and monitor performance of F&B staff
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and control costs
- Support implementation of promotions, menus, and service procedures
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and brand standards
- Assist management with reporting, budgeting, and daily sales tracking
