Job Requirements

  • Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software
  • Must be available for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns with professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools
  • Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) preferred
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders during shifts
  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests
  • Oversee table assignments, guest seating, and service flow for maximum efficiency
  • Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance
  • Monitor food and beverage presentation, portion control, and service quality
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, shift reports, and setup/breakdown
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper coordination of service and menu execution
  • Assist with all functions of the F&B department to ensure guest satisfaction as directed
  • Attend required meetings
