With a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, Avolta has built a strong reputation in the hospitality and service industry. The company embraces diversity and equal employment opportunities, ensuring a respectful and inclusive work environment for all employees.

The Shift Manager II role at Avolta is a critical position within the company's operations, designed to support branch management in the tactical execution of complex Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Casual Dine, or similar restaurant management activities. The position carries a competitive salary range of $26.33 to $29.25 per hour, reflecting the importance and responsibilities assigned to this managerial role. The Shift Manager II must be proficient in managing cash handling, processing transactions according to policy, and maintaining security throughout the shift. Moreover, this role demands an individual with at least four years of experience in food and beverage service, cash handling, and customer service, along with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or team lead position within a Casual Dine setting or production kitchen.

Beyond operational duties, the Shift Manager II plays an essential part in fostering a safe and compliant workplace by ensuring that associates comply with mandated rest breaks and meal periods, adhere to wellness and safety guidelines, and participate in health and safety activities as outlined in the company’s manager’s guide. This position supports career growth opportunities through training, tuition reimbursement, and an employee referral program, reflecting the company's investment in its workforce.

In exchange for their expertise and dedication, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off including vacation and sick leave, holiday pay, a 401(k) retirement plan, company-paid life insurance, and more. Additional perks include employee discounts across company brands, an employee assistance program, and stimulating career advancement opportunities that make this a highly desirable position for professionals seeking meaningful work in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
