We are currently seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Server to join our team on a part-time basis, primarily for evening shifts during weekends. The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for delivering attentive and efficient service to our guests, ensuring they receive a top-tier dining experience. Key responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, promptly responding to requests, and maintaining a positive rapport with all guests, no matter how busy the service may be. Candidates for this role will need to demonstrate proficiency in food and beverage service operations with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, safety, and sanitation. Servers are expected to manage orders accurately and efficiently collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Job Duties

- accurately provide menu recommendations for diners in accordance with individual allergies and restrictions
- prepare and cork bottles of wine for tableside bottle service
- upsell additional items or beverages to enhance the dining experience
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- ensure cleanliness and organization of tables
