Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- complete product knowledge with the ability to describe all menu items, basic wine knowledge, and ability to suggest and present wine tableside
- basic liquor knowledge and ability to garnish all beverages
- experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- exceptional customer service skills
- keen attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures
