Previous experience preferred
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team

Job Duties

Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve them in a timely manner
Be knowledgeable of the menu, kitchen operations, lodge operations, liquor compliance laws, Board of Health regulations, etc
Utilize cash registers and credit card machines accurately
Maintain a clean environment for staff and guests, following correct sanitation procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
