The role of Food & Beverage (F&B) Porter/Runner is a critical position within the catering and hospitality team at Point Place Casino, one of Turning Stone Enterprises' valued properties. Offering an hourly starting pay rate of $16.00, this position is ideal for fast-paced, detail-oriented team players who deliver exceptional guest service. The shift available includes swing shifts, providing flexibility to candidates. As an F&B Porter/Runner, you will be instrumental in ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless dining experience by promptly delivering food items to tables, assisting bartenders and servers as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and stock within service areas. This highly visible role demands attentiveness, efficiency, and excellent communication skills to support both the front-of-house team and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services to every guest, always ensuring timely food delivery to tables. Monitoring and replenishing stock levels at refreshment bars is critical, requiring daily routine inventory of essential items. The successful candidate will remain informed about all cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware to support beverage service excellence. Collaboration and communication with bartenders, beverage servers, and supervisors are fundamental to the role, reinforcing the importance of prompt and efficient service.

Job Duties

  • provide prompt and courteous food and beverage services to guests by bringing food to tables in a timely manner
  • monitor stock levels and obtain supplies and equipment for refreshment bars
  • perform routine inventory of refreshment bar items daily
  • stay up to date on cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware
