Job Duties
- provide prompt and courteous food and beverage services to guests by bringing food to tables in a timely manner
- monitor stock levels and obtain supplies and equipment for refreshment bars
- perform routine inventory of refreshment bar items daily
- stay up to date on cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware
- demonstrate prompt and efficient service to bartenders, beverage servers, and supervisors
