Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Ability to interact and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Skilled in report writing and correspondence
- Proficient in basic math and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Capability to present information to groups
- Completion of ServSafe Alcohol certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and perform job duties
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding in problem-solving
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Proven ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- Strong skills in report writing and business correspondence
- Proficiency in basic math including computing rates, ratios, and percentages
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to present information clearly and respond to diverse audiences
- Completion of ServSafe Alcohol certification
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Support and administer operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Coordinate scheduling with managers and address guest satisfaction concerns
- Assist in departmental budget processes and ensure compliance
- Promote superior customer service and address issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and food safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining cost control, inventory, and sanitation standards
- Support administrative duties and regulatory compliance reporting
- Develop staff through training and provide performance feedback
- Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and employee engagement programs
- Implement rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate the team
