Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience
- Proven success in a high-volume bar or nightlife environment
- Heavy bar operations experience required
- Experience supporting or executing events, promotions, or venue activations
- Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations
- Strong communication skills
- Follow-through and team leadership skills
- Ability to take direction, prioritize effectively, and adapt during peak and seasonal volume
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must complete required assessment after application submission

Job Duties
- Execute daily food and beverage operations in alignment with direction from the Food and Beverage Director
- Lead front-of-house bar operations with a strong focus on service execution and guest engagement
- Support high-volume service periods maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
- Assist in the planning, execution, and on-site leadership of events, live entertainment, promotions, and activations
- Partner with leadership to expand event offerings and increase seasonal bookings
- Coach and develop bartenders, servers, and support staff reinforcing service and safety standards
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director on staffing, scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain a strong floor presence leading by example and escalating issues appropriately
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Pyramid values and Jimmy B’s brand
