The role on offer at the Beachcomber is a key leadership position focused on the daily food and beverage operations, particularly leading front-of-house bar activities. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the successful candidate will execute daily operations, support high-volume service periods, and lead events, promotions, and live entertainment activations. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Execute daily food and beverage operations in alignment with direction from the Food and Beverage Director
- Lead front-of-house bar operations with a strong focus on service execution and guest engagement
- Support high-volume service periods maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
- Assist in the planning, execution, and on-site leadership of events, live entertainment, promotions, and activations
- Partner with leadership to expand event offerings and increase seasonal bookings
- Coach and develop bartenders, servers, and support staff reinforcing service and safety standards
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director on staffing, scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain a strong floor presence leading by example and escalating issues appropriately
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Pyramid values and Jimmy B’s brand
