Job Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective speaking abilities before guests and co-workers
- Proficiency in computer and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic and teamwork capabilities
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in the hospitality industry preferred

- Proficiency in navigating and operating computer and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to apply concepts of math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

- Strong work ethic and ability to work both autonomously and with a team
Job Duties
- Assist the Food and Beverage Director with overseeing the outlet to ensure a smooth execution of service
- Develop staff training programs to ensure knowledgeable service throughout the outlet
- Assist in the development of departmental objectives, policies, procedures, and strategies
- Train and supervise Food & Beverage employees
- provide feedback based on observation
- Demonstrate a working understanding of labor cost control through effective scheduling and proactive management
- Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and assist the F&B Managers in establishing procedures to alleviate these problems
- Hold staff accountable throughout their shifts for job performance through consistent supervision and follow-ups as needed
