Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective speaking abilities before guests and co-workers
  • Proficiency in computer and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork capabilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the Food and Beverage Director with overseeing the outlet to ensure a smooth execution of service
  • Develop staff training programs to ensure knowledgeable service throughout the outlet
  • Assist in the development of departmental objectives, policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Train and supervise Food & Beverage employees
  • provide feedback based on observation
  • Demonstrate a working understanding of labor cost control through effective scheduling and proactive management
  • Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and assist the F&B Managers in establishing procedures to alleviate these problems
  • Hold staff accountable throughout their shifts for job performance through consistent supervision and follow-ups as needed
