Job Requirements

2+ years of related experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective speaking abilities before guests and co-workers
Proficiency in computer and Point of Sale (POS) systems
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Time management skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Strong work ethic and teamwork capabilities

Job Qualifications

2+ years of related experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before guests and groups of co-workers
Proficiency in navigating and operating computer and Point of Sale (POS) systems
Ability to apply concepts of math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Leadership skills dedicated to developing the team and creating a holistic sense of mission
Solutions-oriented mindset with confidence to make fast-paced decisions
Strong work ethic and ability to work both autonomously and with a team

Job Duties

Assist the Food and Beverage Director with overseeing the outlet to ensure a smooth execution of service
Develop staff training programs to ensure knowledgeable service throughout the outlet
Assist in the development of departmental objectives, policies, procedures, and strategies
Train and supervise Food & Beverage employees
provide feedback based on observation
Demonstrate a working understanding of labor cost control through effective scheduling and proactive management
Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and assist the F&B Managers in establishing procedures to alleviate these problems
Hold staff accountable throughout their shifts for job performance through consistent supervision and follow-ups as needed
