Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage management or hospitality leadership
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
- proficiency in financial reporting and inventory management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- capacity to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- commitment to upholding hotel standards and guest service excellence

Job Duties
- Hire, train, coach, schedule, and mentor all food and beverage employees
- support employees and fill in as needed to ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service
- proactively engage in conversation with guests to seek feedback and encourage return visits
- apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues and complaints
- monitor all food and beverage deliveries for portion control, quality, and presentation
- ensure food handling and safety guidelines are followed, including kitchen logs
- maintain daily cash control and financial reporting for the department
- oversee inventory, ordering, and receiving of all food and beverage items
- establish sales promotion efforts to meet or exceed profit objectives while controlling costs
- support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
