Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED
  • TAM card (Alcohol Awareness Training)
  • Food handler safety training card (Health Card)
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Pass a background screen and drug test
  • Prove eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in accordance with restaurant procedures
  • Supervise food servers and bus persons, check schedules, station maps, sign-in sheets and break sheets
  • Maintain general supervision of the dining room and assure that all guests are correctly served
  • Report all problems to management in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding guest service
  • Accept payment by cash, credit card, room charges and comp or credit line billings from food servers
  • Process all checks and transactions, pay out service tips, process server's sales reports
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance, direction and information within hotel guidelines
  • Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
  • Maintain attendance in conformance with standards
