Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality leadership role
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • customer service-oriented mindset
  • ability to handle guest feedback professionally
  • knowledge of inventory and vendor management
  • excellent problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in managing front-of-house restaurant operations
  • prior leadership experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
  • ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • proficiency in labor management and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and a seamless dining experience
  • inspire, coach, and develop team members to deliver service aligned with Unscripted Hospitality standards
  • monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and overall ambiance
  • partner with culinary and hotel leadership to ensure alignment on service execution and guest experience
  • manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor controls based on business needs and forecasts
  • oversee training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring consistency and engagement
  • address guest feedback and concerns promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences
