Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of experience and training
- must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded or noisy environment
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms
- occasionally required to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk or hear
- able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepares and serves food to customers
- sells non-food merchandise and maintains display
- responsible for the stocking of all products during shift and at end of shift
- operates cash register including handling money and recording transactions
- cleans and sanitizes working and kitchen areas
- assures tables are bussed and dining area maintained
- manages disposal of garbage and cardboard
- provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills
- performs duties safely and reports hazards
- accepts reasonable temporary job duties outside of description as needed
