Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
  • ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
  • ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded or noisy environment
  • must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
  • available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms
  • occasionally required to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk or hear
  • able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepares and serves food to customers
  • sells non-food merchandise and maintains display
  • responsible for the stocking of all products during shift and at end of shift
  • operates cash register including handling money and recording transactions
  • cleans and sanitizes working and kitchen areas
  • assures tables are bussed and dining area maintained
  • manages disposal of garbage and cardboard
  • provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills
  • performs duties safely and reports hazards
  • accepts reasonable temporary job duties outside of description as needed
