Job Requirements
- Meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Have at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
- Demonstrate ability to interact with public and coworkers enthusiastically
- Be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand as required
- Speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Frequently immerse hands in water and diluted chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of related serving experience
- Experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- Ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 20 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand during work hours
- Competent in reading and comprehending instructions and communications
- Effective verbal communication skills with customers
Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- Place orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to guests
- Check back post-delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and clearing clutter
- Present check for payment and handle transactions
- Follow company customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
- Keep station clean and properly set up and take down station tables
