Job Requirements

  • Meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Have at least 6 months of closely related serving experience
  • Demonstrate ability to interact with public and coworkers enthusiastically
  • Be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand as required
  • Speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
  • Frequently immerse hands in water and diluted chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of related serving experience
  • Experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
  • Ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand during work hours
  • Competent in reading and comprehending instructions and communications
  • Effective verbal communication skills with customers

Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Place orders accurately and promptly
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests
  • Check back post-delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and clearing clutter
  • Present check for payment and handle transactions
  • Follow company customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
  • Keep station clean and properly set up and take down station tables
