As a prominent employer in the region, KLECH emphasizes cultural values, community engagement, and a commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.

Reporting directly to the Beverage Manager, the Beverage Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team that includes bartenders and bar backs. This role requires a hands-on leader who not only supervises schedule management, performance reviews, and training but also ensures compliance with all applicable Tribal, Federal, and gaming regulations, as well as internal policies.

Additionally, the Beverage Supervisor must ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness compliance, including adherence to Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission regulations and Indian Health Services standards. The position also involves extensive communication and coordination with various departments, overseeing security of confidential information, and managing financial and inventory processes. With a focus on maintaining top-tier facility standards, product quality, and service excellence, the Beverage Supervisor helps foster a positive work environment by motivating and mentoring the team.

Working in a dynamic, fast-paced casino environment with irregular hours, this role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have relevant supervisory experience in the food and beverage or casino industry, a dependable work ethic, and a commitment to upholding KLECH core values and guest service programs. By joining KLECH as a Beverage Supervisor, you become part of a culturally significant organization that values its members and team, offering opportunities to grow within a thriving entertainment and hospitality operation.
