Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods
Ability to lift objects with some assistance
Basic communication skills
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent restaurant or hospitality experience optional
Proven success in school or previous job experience
Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively
Customer service oriented
Team player with good interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Deliver guests’ food and beverage orders
Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
Learn menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to guests
Accurately ring sales for all food and beverage
Help keep the center clean
Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
