Job Requirements

  • must have at least one year of restaurant experience including cash handling and food handling
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • previous experience as a busser or hostess preferred
  • good manual and finger dexterity
  • ability to understand department policies and procedures
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid Washington State Food Handler's card
  • ability to tolerate smoke-filled environments
  • must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
  • must obtain Class III B license as required by regulatory offices
  • must pass pre-employment drug testing
  • marijuana use not disqualifying unless driving a company vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • at least one year of restaurant experience including cash handling and food handling
  • previous experience as a busser or hostess preferred
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to operate computerized POS systems
  • knowledge of food service in restaurant, kitchen, deli, banquet, and buffet settings
  • valid Washington State Food Handler's card

Job Duties

  • provide superior guest service to casino patrons
  • assist with food preparation
  • serve guests and bus tables
  • handle cashiering duties including processing cash and credit transactions
  • greet guests and fulfill deli orders
  • assist with banquet services
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of various food and beverage outlets
  • complete temporary logs for equipment
  • operate computerized POS and F&B systems
  • perform additional duties as assigned by department manager
