With a focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee development, the Company has built a reputation for delivering exceptional experiences across its network of brands.
The Food & Beverage Assistant General Manager (F&B Asst General Manager) role at Avolta is a pivotal leadership position responsible for supporting the management of QSR operations or small clusters of restaurants with up to $5 million in annual sales. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and drive financial performance while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The Assistant General Manager works closely with General Managers to implement strategies that maximize revenue, control expenses, and maintain top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, employee coaching and development, ordering and vendor management, and upholding safety and compliance protocols.
This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $70,364 to $76,541 annually, complemented by quarterly bonuses. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off including vacation and sick leave, holiday pay, 401(k) retirement plans, company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and an employee assistance program. The Company promotes continuous training and career growth opportunities, encouraging employees to grow within the organization. Additionally, referral bonuses provide extra incentives for helping to grow the talented team further.
Successful candidates will bring over six years of combined food and beverage experience, including at least four years in food management within casual dining or production kitchen settings. The Assistant General Manager must demonstrate flexibility to cover varying shifts and possess strong leadership competencies such as delegation, problem-solving, communication, and operational oversight. Proficiency with restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) platforms, financial analysis skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations are essential. This role supports adherence to collective bargaining agreements, lease requirements, and landlord expectations, ensuring smooth and compliant restaurant operations.
