Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
  • outstanding writing and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in experience design, digital media, film production, business management, communications, or related field
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • refined writing and communication abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work effectively under pressure
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Plan and organize production elements for both online and in-person events
  • support event team members with content delivery and coordination
  • manage logistics for main stage experiences and collaborate across departments
  • develop, publish, and maintain a timely event schedule
  • be present on set to ensure smooth production operations
  • assist with coordination of classes, speakers, exhibitors, and expo hall activities
  • create metadata, video descriptions, and thumbnails to enhance user experience
