Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to perform opening and closing safety checklists
Ability to explain safety rules and policies clearly
Willingness to engage with guests in a positive and professional manner
Ability to maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance tasks
Must be able to work weekends
Capable of adapting to a frequently changing environment
Ability to handle difficult or angry customers with empathy and problem-solving approach
Ability to sit and stand as needed throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly
Friendly and enthusiastic team player
Detail-oriented
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work weekends
Strong problem anticipation and deductive reasoning skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Basic computer skills including Word and Excel

Job Duties

Complete opening and closing safety checklists for your attraction
Greet customers
Explain safety rules, policies, and how to purchase entry to customers
Answer customer questions about the different FEC attractions including rules, policies, and hours of operation
Adhere to FEC safety rules
Set up, clean up, and maintain the attractions, including deep cleaning, testing, and fixing equipment
Ensure customers are following rules and policies
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
