Arena Sports FEC is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Family Entertainment Center Hosts to join their dynamic team. These hosts are vital to delivering the fun experience to every guest visiting the center, acting as the direct connection between customers and the exciting attractions offered. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in interactive environments, enjoy working with people, and are committed to upholding safety and operational standards.
As an FEC Host, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly as they arrive, explaining the safety rules and policies of each attraction, and assisting guests in purchasing access to the different entertainment options. You will ensure that all guests follow the established safety guidelines to guarantee a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone. Additionally, hosts will conduct opening and closing safety checklists for attractions, maintain cleanliness and order, and perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting as necessary. This position requires a hands-on approach with the physical setup and maintenance of equipment and spaces to keep the environment welcoming and functioning smoothly.
Arena Sports values team players who are friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile to enhance the guest experience. Candidates with previous customer service experience will find their skills highly relevant; however, the company also welcomes individuals new to this field who have a passion for people and entertainment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform opening and closing safety checklists
- Ability to explain safety rules and policies clearly
- Willingness to engage with guests in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance tasks
- Must be able to work weekends
- Capable of adapting to a frequently changing environment
- Ability to handle difficult or angry customers with empathy and problem-solving approach
- Ability to sit and stand as needed throughout the shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing safety checklists for your attraction
- Greet customers
- Explain safety rules, policies, and how to purchase entry to customers
- Answer customer questions about the different FEC attractions including rules, policies, and hours of operation
- Adhere to FEC safety rules
- Set up, clean up, and maintain the attractions, including deep cleaning, testing, and fixing equipment
- Ensure customers are following rules and policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
