Job Requirements

  • Must be able to travel for extended periods of time and work weekends
  • Competency with PC, fax, scanner, digital camera, video camera, general office equipment, LCD, copy machine, ticketing, baggage and telex printers
  • Typical classroom environment adaptability
  • Willingness to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Moderate physical activity required
  • Able to handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
  • General direction received with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Intern position available for academic credit
  • Application expires on or before 8/1/2025

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Ability to proofread and strong attention to detail
  • Effective management and prioritization of assignments
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills

Job Duties

  • Support the Airport Sales & Operations organization to improve operational performance
  • Work with the ASO Directors to support 2025 initiatives
  • Training standardization and compliance management
  • Department Manual Updates
  • Update training materials
  • ASO Dashboard support
  • Audit reporting functions
  • Assist with quarterly Loadmaster list updates
  • Assist the CS Training Manager with training course development to ensure quality control and effectiveness
  • Manage special projects and committees
  • Perform functions as indicated by the Director, Stations, Stations City Manager or Stations Regional Manager
