Job Requirements

  • Management background with exceptional leadership skills
  • first class medical certificate
  • ability to work on-call basis
  • ability to complete ICAO International procedures training annually
  • must be located or willing to relocate within Texas

Job Qualifications

  • Total flight time of 3000 hours
  • PIC time of 1500 hours
  • Multi-engine Land (MEL) time of 1500 hours
  • MEL PIC time of 500 hours
  • Turbo Jet time of 500 hours
  • Instrument flight time of 250 hours
  • NBAA CAM certification or leadership training preferred
  • experience in flight operations personnel training
  • budget development and management experience
  • college degree or advanced non-flight training
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • experience with implementing industry best practices
  • typed on Falcon 900EX EASY

Job Duties

  • Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • monitors personal appearance, dress code, and conduct of personnel
  • maintains current files of memorandums and updates
  • coordinates and reviews crew and maintenance personnel training
  • schedules maintenance test, training, and other non-routine flights
  • develops scheduling procedures with clients
  • approves and schedules personal time off for personnel
  • updates flight coordinator regarding schedule changes
  • conducts meetings with personnel to coordinate activities and address issues
  • approves expense accounts
  • participates in the interview process for assigned personnel
  • consults client responsible officer for operational and personnel issues
  • submits written reports as required
  • revises manuals and publications
  • maintains training currency and flight time records
  • ensures timely submission of training and medical records
  • promotes customer goodwill through professional service
  • participates actively in Safety Management System implementation
