Job Description
Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment company with a strong presence across North America, operating over 360 locations. The company is renowned for its diverse experiential offerings that include bowling alleys, amusement centers, water parks, and family entertainment venues. In addition to these entertainment services, Lucky Strike Entertainment also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, which stands as the major league of bowling. This ownership enhances the company’s reach and influence in the bowling community globally, with millions of fans following its events and media broadcasts. The organization is committed to providing an energetic, fun-filled environment that combines entertainment with excellent service and operational efficiency. This commitment is reflected in both their customer experiences and employee culture, fostering an environment where individuals can grow professionally while contributing to dynamic, engaging venues that entertain a wide audience.
The role of Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and growing team within this major entertainment company. This position combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring the individual to ensure the smooth operation of bowling centers from a technical perspective. As a Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of essential center equipment such as pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, and lanes. Your primary mission will be to manage the center’s mechanical team, including B- and C-Mechanics, providing supervision, training, and support to maintain operational excellence.
This role requires a hands-on approach in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, alongside strategic responsibilities such as planning, budgeting, and suggesting operational improvements that enhance environmental sustainability and reduce costs. Given the importance of safety in entertainment environments, adherence to OSHA regulations and maintaining safety standards is a critical aspect of the role. The position also demands strong interpersonal abilities to recruit, train, schedule, and mentor the mechanical team in conjunction with the General Manager. The work environment is fast-paced and varied, often requiring flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, to meet the center’s operational demands.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23.00 to $26.00 and includes performance-based incentives. Lucky Strike Entertainment provides a comprehensive total rewards package featuring healthcare coverage and various employee benefits designed to support work-life balance and career advancement. This is a unique chance to develop your career in an energetic entertainment company that values technical skill, leadership, and team development while participating in a fun and lively atmosphere where bowling and parties are everyday occurrences.
