Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- capable of standing for long periods
- able to lift and move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- willingness to use personal protective equipment
- eligibility to work in the United States
- no use of nicotine products in applicable states including Texas
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills

- basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift weights up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as necessary
- Support other facility maintenance tasks as assigned
- Ensure facility cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards
