Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in custodial or housekeeping work is an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Availability to start immediately
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and use protective equipment
- Ability to navigate physical job demands including standing, reaching, and lifting
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical tasks including moving equipment up to 50lbs
- Attention to detail
- Basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Follow safety procedures including use of protective clothing and gear
- Report maintenance issues and perform other duties as assigned
