The company operates in a dynamic and innovative environment, pushing the boundaries of manufacturing to build the future. It is based in Miamisburg, Ohio, where one of its key manufacturing sites is located.
The role of Facility Coordinator at Accelevation is central to maintaining efficient, safe, and compliant operations within the manufacturing environment. This role supports daily administrative, operational, maintenance, and facility-related functions essential to smooth plant operations. The Facility Coordinator acts as a critical point of contact between site leadership, maintenance teams, vendors, contractors, and employees, ensuring that the physical infrastructure meets operational needs and safety standards. The position involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing supply requests and purchase orders, responding to employee requests, and supporting various facility-related processes like office moves and event coordination. The Facility Coordinator also plays a key role in emergency preparedness and routine facility inspections, helping to sustain a productive and well-organized workplace.
This full-time position demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to vendor management and maintenance coordination. Experience within manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred, and the individual must be able to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively. The workplace environment includes exposure to manufacturing machinery, noise levels, and different environmental conditions, with some physical activity involved, such as walking, climbing stairs, or standing.
Accelevation offers competitive salary and performance bonuses where applicable, comprehensive health coverage including dental and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and a first-time homebuyer program. Employees benefit from a collaborative and high-energy workplace culture that values safety, inclusion, speedy innovation, sound judgment, and accountability.
