Job Duties
- Process WpR invoices
- perform receptionist duties as needed
- manage vending services for leased facilities
- oversee day-to-day internal and external security systems
- coordinate and compile monthly metrics data into presentations
- monitor Workplace Resources, Emergency Response, and WpR email inboxes daily
- develop, issue, activate, deactivate, and recover employee and contractor ID badges
- coordinate building signage
- liaise with property management on facility matters
- assist with day porter assignments and feedback
- support record storage programs
- assist with space moves and conference room setups
- conduct building inspections
- participate in Human Resources and corporate events
- serve on Emergency Response Team
- assist with mail processing and postage
- administer FedEx account access
- assist with copy services
- support bulk mailing projects
- greet visitors and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- answer and transfer switchboard calls
- reduce visitor congestion in the lobby during busy days
