Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Effective communication skills
Ability to operate tools and equipment safely
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to pass driver license background check
Commitment to professional development
Physical ability to perform required tasks including sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, and climbing
Basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
A valid U.S. driver’s license is required
High school education or equivalent is preferred
Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
Beginner computer and Internet knowledge preferred
Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties requiring sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, and occasionally climbing
Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
Availability to work extended/flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
