Facilities Manager

Seeking a responsible, hands-on couple to manage a spectacular glamping site set on 110 private acres. Ideal live-in role for a couple who loves nature, hospitality & working together to create unforgettable experiences for guests.

Guest Services & Administration (Partner 1) 40k/yr
- Welcome guests & ensure seamless check-in/out
- Manage bookings, guest communication & daily hospitality operations
- Coordinate cabin turnover, supplies & general guest readiness
- Prior experience in hotels, motels, or guest reception role

Maintenance & Grounds (Partner 2) 40k/yr
- Experienced Bobcat/skid steer operator for property maintenance 
- Infrastructure upkeep: Maintain trails, firewood, outdoor features, basic repairs

- Spend most of the day outdoors in all weather & terrain
- Knowledge of local trees, plants & animals

Joint Responsibilities
- Clean & reset cabins after guest stays
- Maintain a high level of property presentation & cleanliness
- Care for the land with respect for the natural ecosystem & wildlife
- Communicate regularly with the owners & help improve systems
