Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Affordable Property Manager for the 74-unit HUD apartment communities of Scott Crest Plaza and Candalaria Plaza Apartments in Portland, OR. The Property Manager will handle day-to-day property management tasks including marketing, maintaining property integrity, resident screening, rent collection, serving notices, report development, and agreement preparation.
