Job Requirements

- 1 year experience in related field

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
- Experience with general industrial maintenance
- Ability to perform emergency duties
- Strong physical ability to access difficult areas
Job Duties
- Operates and maintains equipment, facilities and systems as needed
- Accurately records and reports work performed
- Accesses roof areas, basements, equipment rooms, tunnels and crawl spaces regularly
- Responds to facility emergencies to minimize disruption and damage
- Performs general industrial maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, motors, pumps and electrical systems
- Obtains and delivers supplies and materials
- Performs custodial services and snow removal as needed
- Assists with moving equipment
