Job Requirements

  • twenty four months experience required in at least three of the following areas electrical including 480 volt 3 phase
  • structural including steel frame construction
  • HVAC including building management systems
  • mechanical including conveyors
  • plumbing
  • PLC electronic or computer controls
  • completed high school diploma GED or equivalent
  • ability to maintain and repair all building disciplines heavy mechanical and welding
  • work indoors or outside or in elevated areas anywhere on airport
  • able to climb and work from ladders and or walk for extended periods
  • moderate lifting
  • possess sufficient tooling
  • computer experience for input and retrieval of data
  • qualified candidates must be immediately available for full time employment
  • must possess a valid clean applicable state driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • twenty four months experience in at least three of the following areas: electrical including 480 volt 3 phase, structural including steel frame construction, HVAC including building management systems, mechanical including conveyors, plumbing, PLC electronic or computer controls
  • high school diploma GED or equivalent
  • ability to maintain and repair all building disciplines including heavy mechanical and welding
  • able to work indoors, outdoors and in elevated areas
  • able to climb ladders and walk for extended periods
  • moderate lifting capability
  • possess sufficient tooling
  • basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval
  • valid clean applicable state driver’s license
  • electronics diagnostics and troubleshooting skills preferred

Job Duties

  • perform low and high voltage electrical repairs
  • install and maintain electrical circuits and devices
  • read and interpret wiring schematics
  • troubleshoot industrial wiring issues
  • work with building systems such as air handling units, plumbing, fire systems and conveyors
  • perform maintenance tasks in all weather conditions including night shifts and weekends
  • comply with safety regulations and union rules
