Invited is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper, a pivotal role that contributes significantly to the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of the club’s facilities, both indoor and outdoor. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of sanitation and facility integrity, ensuring that members and guests experience the best environment possible. The Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper will report directly to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for performing routine cleaning duties, addressing immediate cleanliness needs, and assisting with necessary facility maintenance tasks across various areas including restrooms, locker rooms, dining spaces, and communal areas.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities vital to sustaining the pristine condition of the club. Key tasks include vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors in multiple locations such as courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobbies, and hallways. The maintenance of furniture and decorative elements like chandeliers, artwork, and woodwork involves meticulous dusting and wiping down, ensuring that every detail aligns with the club's standards. Additionally, the Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper is tasked with the upkeep of HVAC registers and other building elements that require regular attention.

Beyond cleaning, the position involves assisting with or contracting out repairs and maintenance related to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and other special projects, highlighting the diverse skill set required for this role. Maintaining and updating checklists or schedules for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements is a crucial part of ensuring that the club operates efficiently without disruptions. Communication skills are essential, as the role requires coordinating with supervisors to prioritize and document work requests from various departments, members, and guests.
