Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or 4 years of demonstrated experience in hospitality and facilities management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Required experience in facilities, hospitality, event management, communications, or project management
- Some travel may be required to the Chicago Corporate Office
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of demonstrated experience in hospitality and facilities management
- Experience in customer service and event coordination
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Capability to collaborate effectively with employees and guests at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues and communicating innovative solutions
Job Duties
- Greet associates and guests and actively support associates' facilities needs
- Schedule and coordinate associate social events and create communication materials in partnership with communications
- Partner with corporate events team and business areas to provide facility support for large meetings and events
- Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event such as elevators and HVAC
- Submit trouble tickets, work orders, and requisitions and understand all building safety procedures
- Organize, coordinate and implement assignments related to meetings and events
- Ensure the office and meeting rooms are tidy and fully equipped
