Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
- knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations preferred
- understanding of technical property systems advantageous
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality or related field
- knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements advantageous
- understanding of critical property technical systems including HVAC, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems, and building management systems advantageous
- proven ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
- strong customer service and vendor relationship management skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- ability to prioritize and manage projects
- proactive and professional approach to service delivery
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
- assist in the management of all contractors to ensure they meet required standards
- support procurement and vendor management activities
- assist in financial processes including timely management of purchase orders in JDE
- conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are in place and assist with carrying out safety protocols
- assist in implementing industry best practices in site operations and conduct regular site inspections
- coordinate pantry supplies and support meeting room bookings
- help implement and manage property risk management and disaster recovery programs
- adhere to company business conduct guidelines and help achieve key performance indicators and service level agreements
