Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and serving
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Must understand and speak English
- Ability to analyze and evaluate Profit and Loss statements
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Manual dexterity required
- Must comply with all company and regulatory policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets
- Provide high level of customer service and promote positive attitude
- Maintain consistent high quality service standards
- Implement training programs for team member success
- Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of all F&B areas
- Manage labor levels to meet service standards efficiently
- Interview and hire new team members
- Execute audits of supplies and inventory for cost control
- Ensure all F&B products meet established specifications
- Complete daily financial reports and tools
- Communicate variances to F&B management
- Ensure operational and safe handling of service equipment
- Enforce appearance, uniform, and regulatory policies
- Review staffing levels and assign work appropriately
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints
- Understand and comply with Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Ensure safe cash handling procedures
- Conduct physical inventory of supplies
- Coach and counsel team members
- Conduct daily shift meetings
- Perform other assigned duties
