The role of Food & Beverage Manager at PENN Entertainment involves managing the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring a high level of customer service, and creating a fun and entertaining experience for both guests and team members. The manager is responsible for maintaining consistent, high-quality service standards and implementing comprehensive training programs. They will oversee cleanliness and upkeep of all F&B areas while managing labor costs without sacrificing service quality. Additional responsibilities include hiring and training new team members, auditing supplies and inventory for cost control, and ensuring all food and beverage products meet quality standards. The manager is also tasked with financial reporting, communicating operational variances to senior management, enforcing safety and uniform policies, as well as compliance with regulatory, internal control, and company policies. They will conduct staffing evaluations, resolve guest complaints, ensure safe cash handling, and lead departmental meetings to keep shifts well-informed and aligned. Physical demands of the job include the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment safely. Job Requirements
