Job Requirements
- Must speak English
- Ability to work Friday to Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am
- Capable of performing physical cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Able to interact professionally with customers
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Availability for full-time work of 30+ hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and cleaning equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Leadership potential and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services while interacting with customers
- Prioritize work based on daily customer needs
- Work effectively in high volume and heavy traffic sites or as an individual crew member
- Maintain excellent customer relations by executing requests promptly
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Lead and provide solutions to various problems as needed
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management
