Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- high school diploma or GED required
- ability to work independently and within a small team
- physical endurance for extended duty periods
- excellent communication skills
- able to stay composed under pressure
- local candidates only
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- proven ability to work independently and as part of a two-person cabin crew
- physical stamina for long duty days and constant movement in confined spaces
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Enforce all Federal Aviation Regulations including seatbelt compliance, electronic device policies, and proper baggage stowage
- deliver expedited and courteous beverage and snack service during short flights
- serve as primary de-escalator during high-stress situations such as delays or maintenance issues
- maintain cabin cleanliness and restock galleys during gate turns
- provide transparent updates to passengers during irregular operations
- manage passenger safety and comfort throughout varying flight lengths
- support quick turnaround times by efficiently managing cabin environment
