Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in export logistics with a preference for air freight
  • Familiarity with AES filings, DG documentation, and export clearance procedures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Experience with logistics software such as Cargo Wise or Magaya is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Serve as the Alternate IACMS Coordinator for TSA compliance
  • Coordinate and manage export shipments (air and ocean) from booking through delivery
  • Prepare and process export documentation including HAWBs, MAWBs, B/Ls, AES filings, DGDs, Certificates of Origin, and commercial invoices
  • Communicate with airlines, steamship lines, truckers, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely movement of cargo
  • Track and trace shipments, update customers, and resolve any transit or documentation issues
  • Ensure all shipments comply with U.S. export regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure internal system data is complete and current
  • Support the billing process by confirming charges and preparing final documents for invoicing
  • Coordinate with warehouse and handling agents for pickup, loading, and delivery timelines
