Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in Excel
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- availability to work long hours including weekends and nights
- willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of town

- familiarity with price charts by region and zones
- strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Maintain accurate records of transactions using Excel and SharePoint
- coordinate schedules with team members and carriers to ensure consistency
- inspect inbound shipment conditions on-site to confirm readiness before exhibitor move-in
- operate the service desk during events to ensure freight is labeled and processed correctly
- communicate with exhibitors regarding freight status throughout transit
- travel to local show sites as needed and occasionally out of town
